How does delivery work?
Once you place an order, we check and pack your items with care.

After packing, we hand them over to our delivery partner.
You will get a message once your order is shipped.
Your order will reach you in 2 to 10 working days. If there’s any issue with delivery, our delivery partner will call you.

We deliver across India.

When will my order arrive?

  • We usually ship within 2–5 working days.

  • All orders will be delivered within 10 days of placing the order.

During sale days, shipping may take a little longer, but we’ll do our best to deliver fast.

Are there shipping charges?

  • β‚Ή60 for orders within Tamil Nadu

  • β‚Ή80 for other states in India

How can I track my order?

Cancellation Policy – PGM Garments

Before shipping:
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Just call us at +918300789310.
We will refund your amount within 1–3 working days (up to 7 days in rare cases).

After shipping:
If your order is already shipped but not delivered, you can still cancel.
Do not accept the package when it arrives.
We will process your refund after we get the item back and check the condition.
