Return Policy – PGM Garments

At PGM Garments, we accept returns for products that are damaged only. Package opening video is a must for return claim.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at pgmknit@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • The return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for defective or incorrect items received.

  • Upon approval, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased during a sale or discount period are not eligible for refund.
