Return Policy – PGM Garments
At PGM Garments, we accept returns for products that are damaged only. Package opening video is a must for return claim.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at pgmknit@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

The return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for defective or incorrect items received.

Upon approval, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
